About This Role
- Lead IT Service Management governance ensuring ITIL compliance and audit readiness across the change lifecycle.
- Facilitate global Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings, managing change scheduling, risk, impact, and conflict resolution via ServiceNow.
- Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and executive reports providing actionable insights and drive adoption of Microsoft Copilot, Microsoft 365, and SharePoint for reporting and process optimization.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 6 years of experience with ServiceNow ITSM & CAB Workbench.
- Proficiency in Power BI, Microsoft Copilot & Copilot Studio, Microsoft 365 Suite, and SharePoint Online.
- Strong understanding of ITIL Change Management and IT Service Management Governance.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL Foundation/Managing Professional, ServiceNow, Microsoft Power BI, or Microsoft Copilot) preferred but not mandatory.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in operational leadership of ITSM governance and Change Management in a global context, comfortable facilitating cross-functional CAB meetings.
- Skilled in analytics and reporting with advanced Power BI and Microsoft 365 toolsets to drive data-driven decision-making and process automation.
- Familiar with leveraging AI-enabled tools like Microsoft Copilot for process optimization and continuous improvement initiatives.
