About This Role
- Build, enhance, and support scalable, reliable demo assets for Salesforce’s global Presales organization aligned to specific industry or product areas.
- Develop expertise in associated business processes, Salesforce capabilities, and demo experiences including front-end, back-end, integration, automation, and troubleshooting.
- Use Salesforce and NextGen platforms and AI-powered developer tools to improve demo deployments, developer productivity, and innovation.
Minimum Requirements
- 4-6 years of hands-on development experience on the Salesforce platform.
- Proficiency with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), JavaScript, SOQL, Flows, and Salesforce platform development tools.
- Salesforce Admin, App Builder, and Platform Developer 1 certifications required.
- Experience with Salesforce products like Agentforce, Data Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and CRM Analytics.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced Salesforce platform developer capable of aligning with industry or product domains and delivering technical enhancements with business impact.
- Comfortable working in global, cross-functional teams across time zones using collaborative development workflows (Git, GitHub).
- Proficient with AI-powered development tools (such as Claude, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT) to enhance development productivity and code quality.
