About This Role
- Develop, build, and improve dashboards, KPIs, and reports to monitor Order to Cash (O2C) process efficiency and adherence.
- Analyze O2C data to provide actionable insights to Global Process Leads, Business System Owners, and Hub teams for decision making.
- Manage data governance, resolve data quality issues, and ensure master/reference data consistency across systems to support seamless O2C operations.
Minimum Requirements
- Proven experience in analytics with a strong understanding of Order to Cash activities and business sense.
- Hands-on experience with Power BI, RPA, and solid SAP knowledge is mandatory.
- Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken).
