About This Role
- Lead and execute digitization, process redesign, contracting initiatives within Commercial Finance and Strategic Global Sourcing modernization portfolio from business case through implementation.
- Own quality assurance, quality control, and SOX/internal control integrity across digitization projects, ensuring redesigned processes maintain or improve control standards.
- Develop business cases, track initiative benefits to P&L, maintain reporting, and support contracting strategy and digitization capability build-out.
Minimum Requirements
- Undergraduate degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years experience in finance, sourcing/procurement, transformation, or operational excellence; experience with technology-enabled process change preferred.
- Working knowledge of SOX 404, internal control design, and IT General Controls as applied to finance systems and automated processes is mandatory.
- Ability to work partial US Eastern Time Zone overlap (at least 4 hours).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Strong commercial finance expertise including business case development, baselining, benefits tracking, and variance analysis.
- Experienced in quality assurance/testing methodologies and leading SOX-compliant process redesign in a matrixed, multi-disciplinary environment.
- Skilled at challenging existing processes and driving change in digitization and finance system transformations with effective audit and control rigor.
