About This Role
- Drive portfolio growth through innovation, business performance, communication, activation, and new product launches within Mars Petcare.
- Lead end-to-end digital marketing campaigns and brand building strategies leveraging consumer and pet parent data insights to maximize brand equity and mental availability.
- Manage cross-functional and stakeholder alignment (Marketing, RD, Commercial, Sales, Supply) and external agencies to deliver business and brand objectives in digital commerce and traditional channels.
Minimum Requirements
- MBA degree.
- Minimum 8 years of work experience, including 2-3 years in digital marketing.
- 2-3 years experience in sales roles is highly beneficial but not strictly mandatory.
- Open to candidates from FMCG, non-FMCG, or startup backgrounds.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced marketer with strong technical marketing skills and proficiency in portfolio and brand management within consumer goods or related sectors.
- Digital savvy professional comfortable leading digital campaigns and integrating data analytics into strategic decision making.
- Ability to manage and motivate cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders across marketing, sales, and external agencies for on-time project delivery.
