About This Role
- Lead and transition insurance operations functional capability to the service centre, including knowledge transfer and training.
- Drive team performance by maintaining SLA adherence, quality standards, staffing, forecasting, and resolving process challenges.
- Develop and implement process improvements, training methods, compliance adherence, and risk evaluations within insurance operations.
Minimum Requirements
- 8+ years overall experience with at least 2 years in team leadership and people management.
- Experience with Property & Casualty insurance operations, policy checking, and document verification.
- Ability to work hybrid from Mumbai office at least three days a week with willingness to work shifts: 5:30 am-2:30 pm or 6:30 am-3:30 pm.
- Preferred experience in US insurance industry and processes.

- Experienced operational leader capable of managing complex insurance process workflows with a focus on quality and continuous improvement.
- Strong program management and facilitation skills for designing and executing training and development initiatives.
- Detail-oriented with expertise in insurance policy review, risk compliance, and relevant insurance certifications.
