About This Role
- Own end-to-end execution of Data Science initiatives including scoping, prioritization, planning, tracking, and delivery across multiple teams.
- Build and maintain integrated program plans managing milestones, dependencies, risks, and contingencies while driving accountability and removing blockers.
- Serve as primary source of program status, providing clear data-driven updates, identifying risks, leading operating mechanisms, and driving continuous improvement in governance and delivery.
Minimum Requirements
- Proven experience delivering complex technology projects as a Technical Program Manager or equivalent role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience with Agile and hybrid delivery models, software development lifecycle, and cross-engineering team coordination.
- This is a hybrid role based in Pune, requiring three days per week onsite.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Strong technical depth to understand data science program domains and translate complex technical topics into actionable plans for diverse stakeholders.
- Experienced in driving organizational change and continuous process improvements enhancing transparency, predictability, and delivery quality.
- Proficient in leading cross-functional teams and managing multiple stakeholder priorities using tools such as Jira, Confluence, Aha!, Power BI, or similar platforms.
