About This Role
- Lead financial planning processes including annual business plans, sales forecasts, and expense budgets across sales, marketing, and corporate functions in Lilly India.
- Develop and evaluate financial business cases and pricing strategies to support new launches, tenders, and ongoing product profitability.
- Create and present periodic management reports; drive FP&A transformation through adoption of AI/automation and Power BI to improve forecast accuracy and reporting efficiency.
Minimum Requirements
- University degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field; CA/CPA/CMA/MBA qualification.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in FP&A, financial modelling, corporate finance or strategy, preferably in pharmaceutical industry.
- Proficiency with SAP, Microsoft Office, and automation tools such as Power BI and AI-based automation.
- Must be legally permitted to work in India; role requires working from office 4 days per week.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience working with cross-functional commercial, marketing, and corporate teams in complex matrix environments.
- Strong financial acumen with hands-on expertise in budgeting, forecasting, pricing, and profitability analysis aligned to pharma business models.
- Comfortable driving FP&A process improvements using data analytics, automation, and virtual collaboration tools.
