About This Role
- Administer and maintain SAP landscapes including S/4HANA, SAP ERP/R3, APO, and SAP BTP covering upgrades, migrations, patches, certificates, and automation.
- Plan and execute S/4HANA upgrade and migration activities using SAP tools such as Maintenance Planner, Readiness Check, SUM/DMO, and conduct post-upgrade validation.
- Manage SAP system performance, security, compliance (including SOX), high availability, disaster recovery, and incident resolution while coordinating with internal and external SAP resources.
Minimum Requirements
- 8 to 10+ years of experience in SAP Administration including SAP S/4HANA, HANA, RISE with SAP, and SAP BTP.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 10 years' work experience considered equivalent).
- Experience with SAP upgrades, migrations, system refreshes, cloud connectivity, performance tuning, security, and automation across enterprise SAP landscapes.
- Travel: No travel required; candidates needing export licensing (non-US citizens, non-permanent residents) may be subject to approval process.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing complex, multi-landscape SAP environments including S/4HANA and SAP BTP with hands-on upgrade and migration expertise.
- Capable of handling SOX compliance and SAP security aspects along with strong stakeholder coordination and documentation skills.
- Demonstrates technical proficiency with SAP tools like SUM/DMO, Maintenance Planner, SAP CALM, CHARM and maintains relationships with SAP teams, DBAs, and security personnel.
