About This Role
- Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-scale solutions on the TriZetto FACETS platform across multiple functional areas (Provider, Membership, Billing, Claims, etc).
- Lead end-to-end software development lifecycle activities including requirements analysis, testing, deployment, and production support for FACETS applications.
- Perform root cause analysis, troubleshoot production issues, and support FACETS enhancements, integrations, batch jobs, and modernization initiatives.
Minimum Requirements
- 7+ years of overall IT experience and minimum 5+ years of hands-on TriZetto FACETS development experience.
- Strong development skills in TriZetto FACETS platform with functional expertise in Provider, Network & Pricing, Membership, Billing, Claims & Encounters.
- Advanced SQL and .NET development skills including performance tuning and custom FACETS extension development.
- Experience in Healthcare Payer environments supporting FACETS implementation and enhancement projects.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in large-scale FACETS implementations and healthcare payer domain with understanding of regulatory requirements.
- Able to work effectively in cross-functional Agile teams involving business analysts, architects, and QA.
- Possesses strong analytical skills and proven ability to troubleshoot complex FACETS production issues and deliver scalable integration solutions.
