About This Role
- Lead engineering and data science activities to support new and expansion revenue by enabling customers to build and deploy AI/GenAI projects.
- Serve as a trusted technical advisor to customers, partners, and prospects, providing machine learning expertise and architecting value-based AI solutions leveraging cloud-native technologies.
- Manage a team of machine learning/AI engineers responsible for customer delivery and provide technical support to ensure project success.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s, Master’s or higher degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, Engineering, Statistics, or related quantitative disciplines.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant sales engineering experience in Gen AI/ML in a pre-sales customer-facing role.
- Strong knowledge of Python and familiarity with data munging and machine learning libraries.
- Experience with Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and working knowledge of Kubernetes.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in translating business use cases into end-to-end machine learning workflows and deployments, including proof of value project leadership.
- Skilled in consultative selling and technical communication to diverse stakeholder groups including executives and engineers.
- Capable of managing and mentoring teams in a remote-friendly, flexible work environment with up to 50% travel.
