About This Role
- Own design and delivery of JAMF-based Mac endpoint management solutions across the enterprise.
- Act as engineering escalation point for outsource partner on complex Mac endpoint issues and modernization initiatives.
- Drive implementation of key enterprise endpoint management projects and enforce compliance with standards.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (preferred).
- 9+ years of experience in end-user computing focused on Windows environments.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune, Windows device management, Group Policy, SCCM, and automated Windows deployment.
- Location requirement: Noida/Gurugram/Bengaluru/Hyderabad; shift timing 5:30 pm to 2:30 am IST; hybrid working model with twice a week onsite.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Deep expertise in Mac endpoint management with JAMF and Windows endpoint technologies including Intune and Microsoft Endpoint Manager.
- Experienced in collaborating with external partners and managing infrastructure projects with strong troubleshooting skills.
- Proven ability to influence technology strategy and drive enterprise modernization in a fast-paced, hybrid working environment.
