About This Role
- Develop and maintain self-serve data products such as dashboards and tables to enable faster insights and track product KPIs.
- Perform exploratory data analysis and identify key metrics to support business prioritization and decisions for senior stakeholders.
- Design, run, and analyze experiments to test business hypotheses and communicate findings through documented analyses and visualizations.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, IT, or Mathematics from a top-tier college.
- 5+ years of professional experience in data analytics and business intelligence.
- Strong expertise in SQL and Python or R, with a good understanding of database design and ETL principles.
- Experience with analytics and dashboard tools such as Power BI, Tableau, and Google Analytics.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience working in Omni Channel Retail or e-commerce/product-based organizations to solve business problems using data.
- Comfortable managing stakeholders assertively and negotiating expectations at senior levels.
- Ability to translate business problems into data-driven solutions and effectively communicate insights.
