About This Role
- Lead automation testing efforts for a cloud-hosted Endur (ETRM) implementation, including test script development, execution, and defect management.
- Collaborate closely with business analysts, SMEs, developers, and product managers to design, automate, and execute functional, regression, and integration test scenarios.
- Drive process improvements and risk-based testing to ensure high-quality deliverables within agile, fast-paced, and cross-timezone environments.
Minimum Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in software testing with automation expertise.
- Experience with ETRM systems, preferably Endur.
- Strong programming skills for test automation development and knowledge of manual testing concepts.
- Ability to work flexibly across UK/US time zones; located in Bangalore, India (hybrid: 3 days office, 2 days WFH).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Hands-on experience implementing automation in complex, cloud-hosted ETRM environments with risk-based and end-to-end testing focus.
- Comfortable working in agile and ambiguous environments with multiple stakeholders across geographies.
- Familiarity with database testing (complex SQL), integration testing, defect/test management, and using tools like Git and Azure DevOps.
