About This Role
- Lead and manage BI engineering and Power Platform workstreams from requirements to production support, ensuring delivery of complex Power BI, Tableau, Power Apps, and Power Automate solutions.
- Design, develop, and optimize advanced SQL queries and semantic data models supporting enterprise-scale analytics and reporting needs.
- Drive platform modernization initiatives such as Tableau-to-Power BI migration, and mentor developers while coordinating with architects, data engineers, QA, and business partners.
Minimum Requirements
- 5-7+ years of experience developing and leading delivery of Power BI, Tableau, Power Apps, and Power Automate solutions.
- Advanced SQL expertise including query optimization and complex data transformations across enterprise-scale datasets.
- Bachelor's degree in related technical field; Master's preferred.
- Experience leading BI/Power Platform workstreams end-to-end, including enterprise data governance, security, and access management standards.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced technical leader with demonstrated ability to independently lead BI platform workstreams and coordinate cross-functional teams including architects, QA, and business partners.
- Familiar with platform modernization, especially Tableau-to-Power BI migrations and semantic model architecture within governed enterprise ecosystems.
- Skilled in mentoring developers and influencing solution design under enterprise data governance standards in complex, large-scale enterprise environments.
