About This Role
- Lead the development and maintenance of organizational culture and behavioral risk analytics, including dashboards and advanced data models to support audit and assurance functions.
- Develop analytical products that provide actionable insights for enterprise risk oversight, governance effectiveness, and assurance planning.
- Serve as technical owner of organizational culture analytics methods, dashboard architecture, and data integration to enhance audit execution and senior leadership reporting.
Minimum Requirements
- 10 to 15 years of experience in audit and assurance with significant experience in data analytics or related fields.
- Bachelor's degree in analytics, data science, statistics, mathematics, business, psychology, economics, information systems or related discipline.
- Proficiency with business intelligence tools such as Power BI or Tableau, and experience designing dashboards and visual reporting products.
- Experience working within risk, assurance, audit, compliance, or HR analytics environments.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced analytics professional with strong background in combining behavioral science insights with audit and organizational risk management.
- Able to lead cross-functional collaboration between audit, HR, compliance, and risk management teams to deliver data-driven assurance products.
- Skilled in applying advanced analytics and AI-enabled techniques to large complex datasets, with a focus on organizational effectiveness and governance risks.
