About This Role
- Develop, test, and operationalize AI solutions including POCs using Microsoft AI platforms like Copilot, Azure AI Foundry, and Azure OpenAI.
- Build AI workflows involving document processing (OCR, semantic chunking), LLM prompting, custom field extraction, and structured outputs.
- Collaborate with business teams to translate use cases into technical prototypes and production-ready AI solutions while managing deployment and production readiness with Cloud, Data, and BizTech teams.
Minimum Requirements
- 5-8 years of experience in AI development or related roles.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft AI platforms (Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, Copilot Studio, Microsoft 365 Copilot) or comparable AI development platforms.
- Proficient in Python, APIs, LLMs, prompt design, machine learning concepts, OCR/document processing, and agentic AI patterns.
- Experience with DevOps tools (Git, Azure DevOps), technical documentation, and managing code repositories.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in fast-moving innovation or startup environments handling ambiguous and rapidly changing requirements.
- Skilled in both technical development and engaging stakeholders to translate business problems into AI solutions.
- Comfortable operating across prototype development to production deployment and collaborating with cross-functional teams for operationalizing AI workflows.
