About This Role
- Own end-to-end development of production-grade full-stack AI-agentified features, including database schema, backend services, APIs, and frontend (React/Next.js).
- Build and productionize AI-agentified applications integrating agent frameworks, tool-calling workflows, and LLM-powered features used by internal business teams.
- Architect and maintain scalable, fault-tolerant distributed systems with reliability engineering practices to ensure healthy production operations.
Minimum Requirements
- 8+ years of hands-on software engineering experience with strong full-stack development focus (flexible with demonstrated expertise).
- 1–2 years hands-on experience building or integrating AI-agentified applications (agentic workflows, tool-calling, LLM-powered features) in production.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- Proficient in React/Next.js for frontend and Python (FastAPI or Flask) for backend REST API development; experience with relational and non-relational databases.

- Experienced in shipping AI-agentified production systems with ownership mindset over feature delivery and system reliability.
- Strong systems thinker capable of architecting distributed, scalable, and fault-tolerant backends with observability and SLAs.
- Technically deep full-stack engineer proficient in modern frontend and backend frameworks plus real-world applied AI integration (agent frameworks, tool-calling).
