About This Role
- Lead end-to-end product delivery processes including intake, dependency management, release management, operationalization, and performance reporting.
- Manage change management activities ensuring compliance with risk, controls, and regulatory requirements.
- Oversee timelines, resource allocation, monitor blockers, and coordinate with stakeholders and functional partners.
Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in product delivery or a relevant domain area.
- 5+ years of experience in Technical Program Management.
- Strong understanding of delivery, SDLC/PDLC processes with proven continuous improvement implementation.
- Experience in product/platform-wide release management and deployment processes.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in operational management and change readiness activities in a complex environment.
- Familiarity with product development life cycle, design, and data analytics is preferred.
- Capable of working with multiple stakeholders in a global financial services context.
