About This Role
- Own and develop backend features including design, implementation, testing, code review, and production monitoring for an AI-powered workforce intelligence assistant.
- Implement and integrate large language model (LLM) components such as streaming AI responses, prompt engineering, structured output parsing, and response validation.
- Build frontend features using React/TypeScript to deliver interactive AI-generated content, and improve natural language to SQL analytics pipelines.
Minimum Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience building production backend services using languages like Java, Python, or Go.
- Experience with TypeScript and React or strong willingness to work full-stack.
- Familiarity with REST API design, distributed systems, service-oriented architecture, LLM integration into production, and AWS with container deployments (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Location requirement: Office based in Hyderabad, India.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced with full-stack development combining backend service ownership and frontend React/TypeScript implementation, capable of handling end-to-end feature ownership.
- Comfortable working in cross-functional teams involving data science, product, and platform engineering for complex AI systems.
- Has working knowledge or strong interest in AI/ML production techniques such as prompt engineering, retrieval augmented generation (RAG), semantic search, and real-time AI response handling.
