About This Role
- Own design of complex financial workflows across Payroll, Expenses, Compensation, and Planning to reduce operational friction and improve usability.
- Increase user trust by enhancing transparency, predictability, and accuracy in financial interactions and approval processes.
- Develop and govern scalable, reusable design systems that enable multi-market expansion (India, GCC, US, others).
Minimum Requirements
- 6+ years experience designing complex B2B SaaS products.
- Domain expertise in enterprise workflows, fintech, HR-tech, ERP, payroll, finance, or compliance-heavy systems.
- Hyderabad location mandatory.
- Work Experience Required: 6+ years in relevant domain or product design.

- Experienced in managing and simplifying highly complex operational systems and financial workflows.
- Strong systems thinker with expertise in product strategy, workflow architecture, interaction design, and visual hierarchy.
- Proven collaborator with Product and Engineering teams in fast-paced environments, capable of influencing product roadmap through design-driven insights.
