About This Role
- Design and implement scalable, secure Angular front-end and ASP.Net Core/Core Java microservices for mortgage customer service platforms with emphasis on accessibility, performance, and operational stability.
- Develop and maintain GenAI/LLM enabled solutions including MCP integration and advanced Retrieval Augmented Generation pipelines to improve agent productivity and self-service workflows.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate mortgage domain requirements into technical solutions, ensuring compliance, observability, and secure coding practices in a hybrid global financial environment.
Minimum Requirements
- 8-12 years of hands-on software engineering experience building enterprise applications with Angular (v13-18), microservices (ASP.Net Core/Core Java), and working in regulated financial domains.
- Proficiency with GenAI/LLM fundamentals, advanced RAG frameworks, and Model Context Protocol for AI orchestration.
- Experience with both SQL and NoSQL databases focusing on customer-centric workloads in mortgage customer service.
- Domain knowledge in mortgage customer service processes and regulatory considerations; certifications like Professional Machine Learning Engineer or equivalent preferred but not mandatory.
