About This Role
- Design and improve user experience for software platforms focusing on functionality and usability to attract and retain customers.
- Translate product requirements and user psychology into wireframes, prototypes, and user flows optimized for multiple devices.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and iterate designs to solve UX problems and align with stakeholder vision.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of Product Design experience, preferably in B2B SaaS or HR Tech domains.
- Proficiency in UX design tools such as Sketch, Axure, InVision, and similar software.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Basic knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript preferred.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in client collaboration to understand detailed requirements and translate them into comprehensive user experiences.
- Skilled in mobile-first and responsive design using UX best practices.
- Capable of clear communication of design ideas to both technical teams and stakeholders.
