About This Role
- Design and operate AI data projects combining deterministic tools and LLM agents to deliver quality management, project management, and data analytics solutions.
- Develop and maintain hybrid automation workflows, including scripting, validation rules, and LLM agents with defined task specifications and monitoring.
- Manage end-to-end data annotation projects, set up QA workflows, perform data analysis for reporting, and document processes for operational continuity.
Minimum Requirements
- Proficient in intermediate JavaScript and Python for building and sustaining production automation.
- Hands-on experience building and managing LLM agents in Claude and enterprise agentic environments, including connector and scheduling setup.
- Experience with LLM evaluation: designing prompts and rubrics, calibrating against human judgment.
- Background in data analytics within data collection or annotation industries; experience managing multi-stakeholder projects including external vendors.
