About This Role
- Ensure successful service delivery to global clients including contract and SLA documentation, change management, and key performance reporting.
- Prepare and produce accurate reports and manage data quality checks for various client service projects.
- Monitor project progress, track and escalate risk issues, and collaborate across teams to resolve operational issues ensuring client satisfaction.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years’ experience in Custody & Accounting with knowledge of financial instruments.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accountancy, or Business-related field.
- Must be comfortable providing support during US market hours including night shifts.
- Proficient in Excel and good English communication skills.
