About This Role
- Lead design and development of cloud-native and on-premises Go-based microservices for network security management platform (NSM).
- Define technical strategy and architecture direction, ensuring secure software development and high-quality deliverables.
- Collaborate across global teams and use AI-assisted coding tools for secure, efficient software development.
Minimum Requirements
- 8+ years Go software development experience on Linux or MacOS, with 10 years preferred.
- Experience designing distributed systems, microservices, RESTful APIs, and multi-tenant SaaS.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master's or PhD plus less experience acceptable).
- Work Experience Required: At least 10 years with Bachelor's; 8 years with Master's; 6 years with PhD or equivalent experience.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in secure cloud-native (AWS, Kubernetes) and on-prem network security software environments.
- Strong system design skills focused on scalable, secure microservices architecture integrating certificate-based trust (mTLS).
- Comfortable working with AI coding tools responsibly to improve code quality and security in a fast-paced, agile, globally distributed team.
