About This Role
- Lead and manage all aspects of facilities operations including office upgrades, redesign, procurement, and maintenance to ensure smooth execution worldwide.

Minimum Requirements
- 12-15+ years of experience in facilities and office property management.
- Experience managing legal, commercial, and procurement processes related to property and facilities.
- Proven ability to lead large-scale facilities projects and budget planning with adherence to processes and compliance.
- Work Experience Required: 12-15+ years in relevant domain (facilities/property management).

- Experienced leader capable of overseeing complex, multi-location facilities operations with global coordination.
- Strong expertise in contract negotiation, procurement best practices, and cost management to maximize value and minimize risks.
