About This Role
- Lead end-to-end design and delivery of scalable features and reusable frameworks for Loopio’s platform.
- Drive integration and production of AI agents and knowledge-graph capabilities in partnership with the ML team.
- Mentor engineering team members and contribute to AI roadmap, technical design, and quality assurance through testing automation.
Minimum Requirements
- 6+ years of professional software development experience.
- Strong backend/API development skills in Python, Java, or PHP.
- Proficiency with RESTful API design, database design, and RDBMS such as MySQL.
- Work hours alignment: Expected to work 11 am - 7:30 pm IST for collaboration across Canada, UK, and India.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in designing and shipping complex, scalable software systems with high code quality standards.
- Familiarity with integrating modern AI technologies such as LLMs, agents, embeddings, or NLP APIs is highly valuable.
- Comfortable leading technical design discussions and mentoring to improve software development productivity within global, cross-functional teams.
