About This Role
- Own the end-to-end customer journey during vehicle purchase, acting as the single point of contact to provide personalized consultation and support.
- Manage and convert inbound/outbound leads through calls, emails, chats, and digital channels, maintaining a healthy sales pipeline and meeting conversion targets.
- Coordinate with dealerships to secure best pricing, offers, and facilitate test drives and purchase processes, ensuring high customer satisfaction through query resolution.
Minimum Requirements
- Graduate in any stream.
- 2–5 years experience in customer relationship management, automotive sales, concierge services, or consultative sales.
- Experience handling customer inquiries and sales conversion via telephonic and digital channels (WhatsApp, Email).
- Knowledge of automobile products, vehicle financing, insurance, and dealership operations is preferred but not mandatory.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Has demonstrated ability managing complex customer interactions and driving sales conversions in automotive or related consultative sales environments.
- Experienced in multi-channel communication and lead management (call, email, chat), with emphasis on digital platforms.
- Skilled negotiator able to liaise with dealerships effectively to secure competitive offers and provide a seamless customer purchase experience.
