About This Role
- Drive primary and secondary sales across West Punjab and Jammu & Kashmir territories, headquartered in Amritsar or Jalandhar.
- Manage and expand Distributor Channel including pet retail outlets, wholesalers, and retailers within the pet care ecosystem.
- Build and maintain key relationships with veterinarians, clinics, breeders, and pet trade partners while ensuring effective market coverage and executing sales and promotional plans.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline; MBA preferred but not mandatory.
- Proven on-ground sales experience in FMCG, Pet Nutrition, Animal Health, Veterinary Products, or related categories with primary and secondary sales handling.
- Experience managing distributors, wholesalers, and retailers in relevant channels.
- Candidate must be based in or have prior work experience in Punjab and willing to work extensively in the field.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Strong familiarity with Punjab geography and market dynamics relevant to pet care or veterinary products.
- Experience working with veterinarians, veterinary clinics, breeders, or pet trade channels is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for sales reporting and data analysis to support market insights and sales tracking.
