About This Role
- Provide on-site hardware and software installation, repair, and maintenance for customer systems including PCs, servers, networks, and AV equipment.
- Support network products operationally and through preventative maintenance including tasks like moves, adds, and changes.
- Ensure service delivery meets SLAs and client satisfaction by timely problem resolution and communication.
Minimum Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required; technical certification or Associate Degree may be required.
- Generally 1-2 years of relevant experience in IT support or similar area.
- Experience providing hardware, software, and networking support for desktops, laptops, servers, and network devices.
- Work Experience Required: 1-2 years (generally).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Has hands-on field engineering experience servicing client IT equipment including desktops, servers, and network devices.
- Experienced in managing service delivery to meet SLA commitments with a focus on client satisfaction.
- Able to perform both operational support and preventive maintenance tasks in a customer-facing environment.
