About This Role
- Perform defined cost accounting activities including month-end journal entries, accruals, and reclassifications in ERP.
- Implement cost-saving initiatives through process improvements and track reasons for cost metric non-conformances working with operations.
- Prepare and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and document processes in Document Management System (DMS).
Minimum Requirements
- Education: B.Com/BBA (Finance)/M.Com/MBA (Finance)
- Work Experience: 0-2 years in relevant field or freshers eligible
- Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of MS Office applications and accounting principles
- Language: Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
