About This Role
- Own processing and review of financial processes including loans, distributions, census, trust accounting, valuation imports, and related tasks within client/admin parameters.
- Train team members, set strategy, and monitor progress toward key business metrics such as productivity, volume, and quality.
- Identify process issues and escalate to team leads, ensuring high volume processing accuracy and adherence to deadlines.
Minimum Requirements
- Graduate or Postgraduate degree in Finance or Accounting.
- Proven effective work track record in a flexible, result-oriented environment.
- Basic MS Office knowledge with preference for good Excel skills.
- Flexibility to work in Day/Night shifts based on business needs.
