About This Role
- Manage month-end financial submission process to Holding company.
- Build and maintain analytical financial models related to operating measures and long-term business strategy.
- Provide detailed financial and operational analysis with insights and recommendations to senior management for decision making and business improvement.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce or MBA Finance.
- Minimum 8+ years experience in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
- Proficiency in advanced Microsoft Excel; knowledge of Essbase is a plus.
- No domestic or international travel required; average working hours 40-45 per week.

- Experienced in corporate FP&A with ability to influence senior management through financial insights.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills with experience in fast-paced, time-sensitive environments.
- Proven leadership ability managing a team (4 direct reports) and improving financial processes and models.
