About This Role
- Coordinate and manage external auditor testing requests ensuring timely, accurate responses and compliance.
- Prepare and review financial statements and supporting schedules for IFRS and NAIC reporting requirements.
- Identify and implement improvements in reporting and control processes to enhance efficiency.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 8+ years relevant experience in financial reporting or controls.
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field (preferred but not stated as mandatory).
- Ability to work U.S. Eastern Time hours (3:30 pm-12:00 am or 5:30 pm-2 am shift) with hybrid work arrangement (2 days in office).
- Experience supporting external financial statement audits and knowledge of IFRS and NAIC reporting.

- Experienced individual contributor comfortable managing multiple priorities and competing stakeholder demands in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrates strong organizational skills, critical thinking, and attention to detail with ability to work independently and cross-functionally.
- Familiar with financial services or insurance industry and proficient in Microsoft 365, especially Excel and Word; Workiva experience preferred.
