About This Role
- Develop, enhance, and maintain ServiceNow platform including business rules, client scripts, UI policies, ACLs, APIs, and integrations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve ServiceNow tickets, ensuring high availability and recoverability of the environment.
- Review requirements for development projects, provide accurate estimates, and mentor peers in ServiceNow technical knowledge.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 10 years total experience with at least 5 years as a ServiceNow Developer.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, or relevant work experience.
- ServiceNow System Admin Certification and ServiceNow Certified Application Developer required.
- Experience with ITSM processes: Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, Request, and CMDB; shift work availability 5pm - 2am IST.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in ITSM organizational structure and implementing core ITSM process areas in ServiceNow.
- Proficient in ServiceNow development technologies including HTML, CSS, AngularJS, Web Services, SSO, LDAP, REST, and related integrations.
- Capable of collaborating with process owners and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions and lead peer knowledge sharing.
