About This Role
- Lead and manage a team of DevOps/Platform Engineers driving delivery and capability development.
- Own operational service delivery and technical leadership of enterprise DevOps platforms including GitHub, Jira, Confluence, SonarQube, Artifactory, and related ecosystems.
- Drive strategic platform initiatives such as upgrades, integrations, automation, and improve service models to enhance developer productivity and platform reliability.
Minimum Requirements
- Proven people management experience leading technical teams in DevOps or platform engineering.
- Strong expertise with enterprise DevOps platforms and tooling like GitHub, GitHub Actions, Jira, Confluence, SonarQube, and Artifactory.
- Experience in operational service leadership including incident management, SLA delivery, and continuous improvement.
- Work Experience Required: Significant experience in DevOps engineering or enterprise platform technical service delivery.

- Strong background in complex enterprise environments supporting globally distributed teams and platforms.
