About This Role
- Own management and high availability of multiple Neo4j graph databases including multi-node cluster setup and scalability.
- Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines and tools/platforms for analytics enabling graph database services.
- Troubleshoot performance issues and deploy observability and monitoring systems (Prometheus, Grafana, New-Relic, Splunk).
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years technology experience (7+ years acceptable in lieu of degree).
- Minimum 5+ years experience in database management and managing data platforms.
- Strong expertise with Neo4j, Cypher query language, Neo4j HA architecture, backup/recovery, encryption, LDAP authentication, and related tooling (Bloom, GDS, Linkurious).
- Work timing: 3 PM to 12 AM IST with availability aligned to US Eastern Time meetings (6 AM - 11:30 AM ET).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced individual contributor with deep technical expertise in Neo4j graph databases and graph-driven data science applications.
- Comfortable operating in large, fast-paced, multi-geography IT environments supporting cross-functional teams.
- Skilled in deploying and managing Kubernetes clusters and monitoring enterprise systems with strong architectural focus.
