About This Role
- Provide Level 2 techno-functional support and issue resolution for Oracle Fusion Cloud Record-to-Report modules: General Ledger, Fixed Assets, Oracle Tax, including integrations and reporting solutions.
- Perform end-to-end business process analysis, advanced root-cause investigation, and cross-functional impact assessment to improve service performance and user satisfaction.
- Support release validation, testing, knowledge management, and contribute to automation and AI initiatives to enhance support efficiency and operational excellence.
Minimum Requirements
- At least 7 years of experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud support, Oracle ERP techno-functional support, application support, or Oracle ERP development in an international environment.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, Engineering, Business Information Systems, or related field.
- Strong experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud R2R modules (General Ledger, Fixed Assets, Oracle Tax), integrations, ServiceNow, and ITIL-based support processes.
- Fluent English mandatory; knowledge of French is advantageous.
