About This Role
- Maintain and support Business Systems, primarily NetSuite and related integrations, to enhance billing, procurement, accounting, and T&E operations.
- Contribute to Month End and Quarter End financial processes while driving process improvements via automation and workflow optimization.
- Administer daily business systems duties including user roles, configurations, IT general controls, and collaborate with IT and Security teams to strengthen system performance and security.
Minimum Requirements
- 7+ years experience as NetSuite administrator or business systems analyst.
- NetSuite Administrator Certification preferred.
- Working knowledge of SuiteBuilder; familiarity with SuiteScript and SuiteTalk.
- Experience supporting or configuring financial systems such as billing, reconciliation, revenue recognition; understanding of ITGC and compliance environments (SOC, ISO, SOX).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in multi-entity/global NetSuite environments and integrations with other finance/business systems.
- Familiar with accounting core processes like order to cash, procure to pay, and record to report.
- Hands-on with automation platforms, agile tools (Jira, Confluence), and interested in leveraging AI to optimize finance and business systems.
