About This Role
- Own end-to-end reconciliation of prepaid wallet transactions including credits, debits, cashback, chargebacks, refunds, and failed transactions.
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies by coordinating with internal teams (Operations, IT) and external partners to maintain accurate transaction records.
- Prepare and submit monthly and quarterly regulatory reports and ensure all reconciliation activities meet compliance and audit standards.
Minimum Requirements
- 3-6 years of experience in Banking, NBFC, Fintech, or Digital Payments industries.
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in Excel (Advanced Excel preferred) and reconciliation tools.
- Experience with prepaid wallet systems and payment gateways required.

- Experienced in digital payments or wallet reconciliation with a strong analytical approach to detect transaction anomalies.
- Capable of managing complex reconciliation processes and collaborating across multiple teams to resolve payment issues.
