About This Role
- Design, implement, upgrade, and support multi-site network communication environments including production, corporate, and non-production devices.
- Manage network projects end-to-end including planning, risk identification, cross-team collaboration, and vendor engagement.
- Perform network troubleshooting, baseline checks for compliance and security, and identify service improvement activities to optimize network performance and capacity.
Minimum Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of IT experience including areas: Networking (LAN/WAN), Firewalls, Security/Encryption, Load Balancing.
- Hands-on knowledge of Cisco product portfolio and protocols like TCP/IP, BGP, SNMP, VPN, SSH, MPLS.
- Current CCNP certification or equivalent experience mandatory.
- Experience working in heavily regulated environments with DSS/PCI compliance.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing and executing network upgrades and multi-team projects in complex environments.
- Technical proficiency to mentor junior staff and work with limited supervision.
- Familiarity with global 24/7 network support and hybrid working environments, capable of occasional travel.
