About This Role
- Support and improve SAP Order-to-Cash (OTC) business processes by collaborating with Sales, Finance, Customer Service, and IT teams.
- Investigate and resolve SAP OTC system and data issues including pricing, sales orders, billing, and customer master data problems.
- Assist in day-to-day SAP OTC activities, production support, testing for system changes, and reporting to facilitate decision-making.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology related disciplines.
- 2 to 4 years of experience as an Analyst in business operations, ERP systems, sales support, customer service, supply chain, or IT support.
- Basic understanding of business processes and Microsoft Excel skills necessary for data analysis.
- Work Location: Bengaluru, India; Full-time position.

- Ability to collaborate effectively with global and cross-functional teams and work in a fast-paced environment.
