About This Role
- Own end-to-end delivery of cross-functional Cyber & Data Resilience (CDR) initiatives, managing project plans, timelines, risks, and dependencies to ensure on-time and quality execution.
- Support CDR leadership with structured execution, including preparing for business reviews, aligning stakeholders, and driving operating cadence for decision clarity and follow-up.
- Act as a liaison across capabilities and regions to ensure alignment, coordinating stakeholders, supporting process improvement, and maintaining delivery discipline for predictable outcomes.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Technology, Engineering, or related field.
- 5–7 years of progressive project or initiative management experience in professional services, consulting, technology, or matrixed environments.
- Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Monday.com, Smartsheet, ADO) and familiarity with waterfall, hybrid, or Agile delivery approaches.
- Work Experience Required: 5–7 years; Location: Hybrid work model from Bangalore, India.
