About This Role
- Manage end-to-end delivery of AI product programs, from pilot stage through production and user adoption, ensuring milestones and dependencies are tracked.
- Coordinate governance, security, privacy, legal, sourcing, and data-access reviews to maintain audit-ready safety and compliance posture for AI products.
- Oversee external AI partner and vendor relationships including roadmaps, contracts, renewals, and ensure continuous support for flagship AI products to minimize business disruptions.
Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in technical program management, technology delivery, or vendor management within a large enterprise.
- Demonstrated ability to navigate governance, security, legal, and procurement processes in technology program delivery.
- Working understanding of AI concepts and enterprise AI governance practices.
- Work Experience Required: 5+ years in relevant roles
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing complex technical programs crossing multiple stakeholders and departments, including legal and compliance teams.
- Comfortable operating in environments requiring strict governance, security, and privacy adherence related to AI products.
- Strong at influencing cross-functional teams without direct authority and experienced with external vendor/partner management.
