About This Role
- Own the engineering operations process translating priorities into executable plans with clear owners, capacity, dependencies, and risks.
- Coordinate cross-functional pods to deliver product and customer outcomes, managing pod missions, participation, capacity, and dependencies.
- Establish and maintain Jira Kanban workflows, operational metrics (cycle time, throughput, delivery predictability), and use AI/automation to improve reporting, documentation, and workflow analysis.
Minimum Requirements
- 8 to 12 years in engineering operations, technical program management, or similar software delivery roles with responsibility across multiple teams.
- Strong expertise in Jira and Kanban methodologies including workflow policies, work-in-progress limits, replenishment, and flow metrics.
- Experience coordinating cross-functional pods or product teams including ownership, capacity, and dependency management.
- Ability to work from Hyderabad office on a hybrid model (3 days WFO).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in partnering with engineering leadership to convert ambiguous priorities into clear, executable delivery plans.
- Skilled in resolving dependencies and influencing cross-functional teams without direct authority in a complex technical environment.
- Familiar with software delivery, quality engineering, security, SRE, release processes, and applying Lean/Agile/Kanban methods in enterprise SaaS or developer tools contexts.
