About This Role
- Own and manage the product ticket queue independently, ensuring timely updates, prioritization by severity and impact, and resolution of escalated issues using Salesforce, Jira, and internal tools.
- Maintain expertise in Wealth Management products, workflows, and documentation while identifying repetitive problem patterns to resolve root causes collaboratively.
- Perform investment platform administration including client account maintenance, reconciliations, corporate actions, and driving process improvements across teams.
Minimum Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in the financial services industry.
- Understanding of Financial Services marketplace relevant to Wealth Management.
- Proficient with investment instruments across asset classes and strong Excel skills.
- Work Experience Required: 3+ years in financial services industry.
