About This Role
- Develop and maintain financial models to forecast operational costs and guide pricing strategies.
- Collaborate with R&D, Manufacturing, and Software teams to create an operations roadmap aligned with growth plans.
- Lead and coordinate special projects including setting up launch hubs and evaluating new partnerships, alongside preparing leadership and investor reports.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from a top-tier engineering school; MBA not required.
- 1–2 years experience in management consulting, investment banking (Industrials/M&A preferred), or strategy/operations in a deep-tech startup.
- Proven financial modelling and advanced Excel skills.
- Work Location: On-site at Hoskote, Bangalore; alternate Saturdays in-office mandatory.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Structured problem-solver comfortable working with ambiguity and complex issues, turning them into actionable plans.
- Experience working cross-functionally with engineers, pilots, and business teams to bridge technical and operational perspectives.
- Strong communication skills with ability to interface from technical staff to executives and clients; genuine interest in UAVs, aviation, and logistics domains.
