About This Role
- Manage and process international assignment-related payroll including payments for relocation expenses and assignment allowances.
- Coordinate with and manage external service providers such as immigration, relocation, tax, and other vendors related to global mobility.
- Deliver operational mobility services focusing on international compensation administration and employee support.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Global Mobility, International HR, Payroll, or HR Operations.
- Work mode is on-site in Bangalore.
- Proficiency with SAP for international assignment payroll processes.
- Experience coordinating vendor management for mobility services.

- Experienced in managing end-to-end global mobility operations with a focus on payroll and vendor relations.
- Comfortable operating within a structured corporate environment handling international compensation.
