About This Role
- Lead and manage a team of 10 direct reports supporting HR operations and colleague services, ensuring adherence to Service Level Agreements and Key Performance Indicators including customer satisfaction.
- Oversee operational risk and control execution, including compliance with ASIC protocols, quality assurance, and organizational regulatory requirements.
- Coach and develop team members to enhance their skills and performance, and drive continuous improvement initiatives within operational activities.
Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years of leadership experience in operational or HR environment.
- Preferred qualifications: Business or Human Resource Management degree and AOM Practitioner Certification.
- Location: Gurugram, India, Permanent role.
- Work Experience Required: 5+ years in relevant leadership roles.
